Went to visit your grave today. As I prayed for you and wished you a Happy Birthday; I knew you were having a good time. It was a cloudy day, and as soon as I was about to leave the sun found a spot to shine through. I knew it was you, letting us know you are okay and happy. The hole in the clouds seemed like the shape of a big heart. Big enough to warm me with all the love you have always shown, and the love that will continue with every memory I have with you. That hole in the clouds seemed to follow me all the way down the road as I was leaving! I know you will always be watching over. Happy Birthday Grandma and God Bless you and all those who cared for you this holiday season.

I'm so sorry for your loss. We know that soon all death will come to an end. (Revelation 21:4) Jehovah God knows the pain you are going through and soon he will do something about it. Not only will he end death but also wipe out every tear from our eyes and remove the pain.

Our deepest sympathy to all of the Hilda Siever's family. I was out of town and just got back late yesterday, Monday. Heard about your mom's passing. I know how hard this can be, doesn't matter how young or old your parents are when they pass away, it still is an end of a generation. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Grandma,

Hanging on our Christmas tree are the ornaments you crocheted. Sitting on our couch is the flannel blanket you and I tied together one afternoon. Hanging on the wall is the cross stitch piece you and I worked on together after Grandpa passed. Most of all I cherish the countless memories created over the years.

Your house was like my second home. I spent a lot of time there as a kid and even later after Todd and I were married. Todd and I often talk about the times we came back to Tripoli for visits and you and Grandpa would always let us stay there. Remember how Grandpa and Todd would sit in the living room and talk for hours. Todd also loved it when he was in Tripoli on business and had an opportunity to stop by and talk with you. The cookies were an added bonus! I am thankful our girls (Samantha, Amber, & Melissa) got an opportunity to know their great-grandma.

Although I am sad you have left, I am at peace knowing you are in a better place and where you want to be. Say hello to Grandpa.

Thank you for the memories!

Love always,
Your Granddaughter

Mary, our prayers and sympathy are with you and your family at the passing of your mother. Am sorry that I didn't read it in time to get to the funeral home or the funeral. I remember meeting your mom and she was so sweet. Pray she went peacefully! Will keep you in my thoughts.
